Terms of service

The service

Nereite PLM is software for internal product records: items and bills of materials, change (ECR/ECO), documents, and controlled external preview of released files. We may change features as the product develops. There is no public pricing page in this phase.

Your account and tenant

The first user creates the organization and is responsible for who is invited and which roles they receive. You must use a work email you control. You are responsible for activity under your tenant, including Notify shares you send.

Your data

You retain rights in the product data and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, watermark (on the external share path), and display that data so the service can function. Do not upload content you do not have the right to store.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another tenant's data.
• Do not use shares to circumvent export control or your own quality procedures.
• Do not upload malware or content unrelated to the product record.
• Do not scrape or overload the service.

Confidentiality of shares

External recipients never receive a Nereite login. A share is limited to released originals in that bundle. You decide when Notify runs. OTP and link travel in separate emails by design.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it is error-free or that it alone makes you IATF 16949 or PPAP compliant. You remain responsible for your quality system. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim, or one hundred US dollars if none.
