Privacy policy
This policy describes how Nereite PLM handles data when you create an organization and use the product. It is product documentation, not a substitute for counsel.
Who this applies to
Nereite PLM is a multi-tenant web application for hardware teams. The customer is the organization (tenant) that signs up. People you invite, and people you send a document share to, are processed so those flows can run.
What we collect
- Account data: work email, name, role, and organization name.
- Product data you store: parts, BOMs, changes, documents, and files you upload.
- Share data: recipient email, access codes, and an access log for external preview sessions.
- Operational logs needed to run the service (authentication, audit events, errors).
We do not sell personal data. Suppliers are not given product logins.
Tenancy and isolation
Records are scoped to your organization. Other tenants cannot read your items, files, or audit trail. External shares expose only the latest released originals you put in a bundle, after you click Notify, and only after the recipient enters a one-time code from a separate email.
Processors
We use cloud infrastructure for the database, object storage for files, and email delivery for invites, password reset, Notify, and OTP. Those processors see only what is required to provide that function.
Retention and your control
Tenant administrators control users, shares, and the records in the workspace. If you need an organization deleted, contact us from the email used to create the tenant. Access logs for external shares are kept so you can see who opened a released drawing.
